Requirements, Education and Experience

• The candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with membership of a recognised professional accounting body.
• The candidate must have at least 10 years of in-depth Senior Management, preferably Executive experience with IFRS reporting (including signing off on financial statements) and regulatory requirements, the required internal controls and processes, financial analysis, audits, assurance and accounting, preferably for stock exchange listed public companies, treasury function, taxes and interaction with revenue authorities, and preferably with experience directly in the mining sector.
• Mining sector experience or experience in a field such as manufacturing or logistics.
